"Lovely hotel, great location for us, out the way but not far from the action, no issues with the pool or getting sun beds, hotel was lovely and clean and well maintained even though one of the pools were out of action, overall a fantastic stay here"

"Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel en lieu même est bien situé et il y avait pas trop de monde .
Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés .
Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses."

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, die stets unkompliziert und schnell verlief. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Poolbereich hat mir persönlich nicht besonders gefallen, da er oft sehr voll war und wenig Erholungswert bot. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr hügelig, sodass...

"If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option.
The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally.
