A country feel
Easy check in, cabin 8 compact and clean. Two person cabin so a double bed, bed was horribly soft. As in sink in and cant roll over, i wouldnt book those cabins again incase all of the mattresses are the same. Park is well set out, has a country feel with birds in trees and the little river walk behind it. The cabin had all basic supplies and you could cook in it if you wanted. Shower was hot and plenty of room. I would stay again but try the bigger 2 bedroom cabins in the hope of getting a better bed.

When i was making the bed, i found alot of dust and actually found rubbish tucked into one of the bunks. There was also some other plastic wrap tucked into the couch cushions as well. Not cleaned very well

The after hours check in was horrible. A simple email with the code for the lock box would have been easy rather than calling the # posted and getting voice mail. Glenfell cabins are very old and in need of serious repairs. Book.a new cabin if your budget allows. The park is close to the city and Penfolds and other wine regions

Great quiet location, the new cabins were excellent with all that you needed. Even though we were running late getting access was easy and the staff were lovely to chat to. Good for riverside walks or into nearest town centres.

Hi Hamidullah, I'm sorry you found your cabin unsatisfactory. I'd be interested to know what was wrong with it considering you wanted to book another night in the same cabin and wouldn't depart until 2.5 hours after departure time and several reminders even though you were well aware that we needed to clean your cabin for another guest arriving that day. If your 1 out of 5 score is based on the fact we couldn't accommodate your request to extend your stay I apologise but I'm sure we don't deserve the review due to this.

I liked the design of the studio. The cleanliness, security, facilities provided (microwave/oven, toaster, cooking utensils etc.) TV, Ironing board etc. I am aware the studios are new and it will be interesting to see if the standards are maintained as they and their contents age. Great base for visiting the delights or Adelaide and surrounds. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

We agree, the location on the banks of the river, so close to the City is ideal. As you have identified, we are in the process of installing a whole range of new cabin accommodation and upgrading our older cabins. When complete we offer a number of different new and modern accommodation options to suit all budgets

Everything was good except how we had to make the 3 bunks for the kids…travellers are usually tired just want to unpack and have a nap don’t want to have to worry about making up kids beds that’s the only issue we had was great place to stay kids even got to see some ducks up close

An upgrade on the kids playground would be fantastic!!! Maybe a second lot of bins as they were constantly overflowing. Otherwise great :)

The walking trail along the Torrens was accessible right at the front of the park. We saw koalas in the trees at the front of our cabin and there was a bus stop a few minutes walk from the park.
