We had the most amazing night at We Agafay with our 11 year old daughter. The tent was spotless and warm on a chilly night. The organised camel ride at sunset was a highlight and the camels looked very well and healthy. The evening dinner and entertainment was brilliant especially the talented musicians and the brave fire performers. A particular shout out to Yassim for making us so welcome and ensuring our stay was one to remember. Thank you so much xx Jo, Queenie and Neil x

We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious. The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, made better by the team looking after everyone. I was not happy about a bottle of wine that I had purchased outside the hotel being taken off of me by security and management. I had no problem purchasing drinks and food from the hotel and the wine I had purchased outside was a gift for someone, I do not appreciate someone taking things off me which I own. This has never happened at other raddison Blu hotels that I have stayed in worldwide.
