"Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min...

"Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset...

"The resort was very beautiful. The staff went above & beyond whenever requests were made for the rooms for the guests including if there was a minor issue with anything in the room. Everything was handled immediately without any issues or delays which I loved. The resort was very technologically advanced which was also very nice. It overlooked the ocean & was so spacious that it never felt crowded or that you needed space. I loved the shops at the resort so you could buy clothes or souvenirs...

Les dîners au buffet sont très bons, en 3 jours nous n'avons pas eu 2 fois la même chose. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la piscine de la chambre et la salle de bain à cause d'un problème d'évacuation d'eau."
