I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here with my husband and we loved our experience. The hotel is situated in a cute town that has amazing options for food and beaches. The hotel itself is well kept, very clean, and has beautiful views. It is located in walking distance to the main centre of the town. What impressed me the most was that my best friend had called the hotel in advance to have them set up a birthday surprise for me. They went above and beyond and texted my friend throughout to ensure the surprise went well. They set up balloons, had a beautiful cake, and brought a fruit platter to our room. The staff also casually asked us about our plans for the day so that they knew when to set everything up and keep it a surprise. I was beyond impressed by the care and thought that they put in to creating the surprise.

Perfect place to stay in Agios! Right on the water walkable to the lake and tons of restaurants but a little more on the outskirts of the chaos. The staff are what make this place- they are truly all amazing and go above and beyond. We had a spa suite with a hot tub and just a regular ocean view room- nice room but I think you actually get a better view in the regular rooms. The spa bath is more like a one person jacuzzi because it’s very slippery and when we had two people the water started to overflow- not sure I’d pay extra for this next time but the size of our deck made up for it. Included breakfast every morning was pretty good- shout out to the morning British lady who served us she so lovely. There is no immediate parking but a free port parking lot within a few minute easy walk which we had no issues with. If we came back to Crete we would deff come back to casa Porto!

Such a cute boutique hotel right on the harbor ! The staff was gracious and so helpful with recommendations for places to eat as well as beaches. The place is lovely and has a rooftop bar too. Parking is the only challenge.

Excellent property location alongside the port. Lovely terrace area with an outstanding view. Slightly disappointed that the bar area wasn't open during our stay. Our room was very nice if a little small. If staying again I would upgrade to a bigger room. For four nights we managed.

The property is next to bars that play music until 3am. Could not get a good night sleep. The hotel offered ear plugs it’s not the solution. The hotel should let their customers know in advance about the noise. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

I recently stayed at Casa Porto Boutique Hotel in Agios Nikolaos, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how immaculately clean everything was, every corner of the hotel sparkled, and it felt so fresh and well maintained. The views were absolutely perfect, waking up every morning to the sea was a dream. The location couldn’t be better either, it’s right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and beaches, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. What really made my stay special, though, was the incredible staff. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines spotless cleanliness, stunning views, a prime location, and exceptional service, Casa Porto is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

La situation géographique idéalement située par rapport à la ville. Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Le plus : jacuzzi sur la terrasse vue mer. Le seul mini bémol pour les séjours longues durées : l’espace dressing est un peu petit. L’extrême propreté, l’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel ainsi que la réactivité sont au rendez vous.

Schönes Hotel aber zu laut...

Das Hotel ist sehr schön aber die Rooftopbar und die Boutique waren geschlossen. Frühstück für 16 Euro viel zu teuer, in der Cayo bar fùr die Hälfte..Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag laute Musik, wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekomnen.
