We've now stayed at Les Jardins three times and it's one of our favourite hotels anywhere in the world. We have a two- and five year old and have always been struck by how welcoming the staff are, and what a family-friendly place it is. There's two pools, one for families and one for adults only, so there's no need to feel self-conscious about noisy kids, likewise there's an adult-only dining room for the evenings too. From Greg & Nannie (management / owners) down, there are some lovely staff,...

Great hotel. Stayed with 2 kids and it was perfect for families. The staff, pool and entire experience was fantastic.

The staff were incredibly helpful with whatever we needed, the breakfast was great, comfortable space with a fire to spend time in away from the bedroom

Great stay

This hotel is extremely well located close to the beach and a short walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was amazing.

Lovely little oasis outside Essaouira! The rooms are spacious and the whole property is very enjoyable and tranquil. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

I was especially impressed by the welcoming staff, who were able to assist with needed and made us feel very welcome. Room was decent size, excellent aircon and WiFi (not a given on my trip). The shower was powerful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty. A very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was amazing and there’s always a slight variation each day. It’s such a calm and peaceful place to stay. The Riad is well maintained and stunning.

Clean, comfortable, good location for exploring, good breakfast

Beautiful authentic riad with simply lovely staff who couldn’t be more accommodating! Wonderful breakfasts too

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

Fantastic staff

Absolutely perfect, from start to finish! Gorgeous Riad in a great location, owned by Albert who was personable, professional and a wealth of knowledge on both the building and Essaouria. Everything is within walking distance, from the souks to the beach, it’s just a casual stroll away. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. The Riad is beautiful with gorgeous traditional furnishings, the finer details are all taken care of! Bed linen and towels refreshed everyday with a sprinkling...

Simply amazing. Communication, personal touch, breakfast everything I can think of was top notch. Fatiha was a star. The lady at breakfast (sorry didn't catch her name) so friendly. The rooms was perfect and loved the terrace for a chill out zone to read or do a little workout. The only negative was we had to leave. Thanks to all the staff.

When I saw some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about what the service would be like. It was really good, reception went over and above, housekeeping were really fab, the bar and restaurant areas were always cheery and helpful. I would say it is not a 5 star by British standards but t is by Moroccan standards and we stayed in quite a few places. great pool, pool bar, restaurants all really good, Seven is great for a romantic dinner watching the sunset.
