"I’d like to start by saying how excellent the service was. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made it their personal missions to make sure we had then best time. They were kind, charismatic and charming all in one package. They all had knowledge of the products they sold and the city they were in. Our trip to San Sebastián was made so special thanks to these guys. We stayed in a suite during this time which was such a gorgeous space. A living room with a separate bathroom and a bedroom. An affordable mini bar and water amenities. The bathroom was a gorgeous space too with the dimmed mirror lights to match the dimmed LED lights in the living room and bedroom. Our suite also had excellent air conditioning and was regularly cleaned to immaculate standards. The indoor pool/spa was an excellent space to relax too, one wet and one dry sauna, a small cold pool and a larger warmer relaxing pool and my personal favourite, the scented showers. We had an amazing time at the hotel and would one huddled percent return."

"Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, with another guest overhearing the conversation and she started to make problems… arguing that photograph of the passport was not acceptable and that the reservation should be cancel and threatened even to call the police. People like her are the ones that ruin the great experience of booking at a new hotel. Not sure if we are booking again… "

"This property is a fabulous mix of modern amenities and the tradition of being in a building that was originally a convent. The location being only a block from the ocean and a short walk to old town make it the perfect place. "

"I LOVE San Sebastián. The hotel's restaraurant and the staff, from the front desk, to the bellmen, to the restaurant were OUTSTANDING! Helpful, kind, and proud of their city. Two shortcomings, the Hotel's "gym" was below ground, and smelled it. It was small, and very humid and warm. My loft room had a greatv view of the cathedral, but the window was tiny, and no balcony, which I had requested. "
