We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. Great location near easy transport links, trains and buses! Great shopping and food outlets. Rooms are clean with all the facilities you need. Reasonable priced. This was our third stay at this hotel.

I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!

The staff go above and beyond at the Nohga Hotel and were so helpful with any questions and requests. The hotel provides a pack with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do with their own comment, and will help with booking if you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bakery both of which I would strongly recommend (including the breakfast) as well as a rooftop bar. Have stayed here perhaps 20 times on business. Used to stay at Keio Tama Centre but was becoming very tired and over run with tourists. Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, professional staff speak English, decent breakfast, excellent Tepanyaki, and now the bar stays open until late.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge, comfortable and sparkling clean every day. Hotel offers you free toiletries and complementary welcome drinks every day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing stay in Shonan.

Fourth stay at this hotel and will come back again. Twin bed room was large and included washing machine and microwave. Room was quiet. Breakfast was usual good standard with plenty of choice. All staff professional.

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful.
