"Better than expected! I'm a lite sleeper and i had no trouble sleeping here, even while facing the plaza; the AC camouflage the sounds at night. There is a supermarket nearby for any additional snacks. The covered breakfast was super helpful. They are very responsive also via Whatassap and the expedia tool I traveled solo and felt safe."

"The inside of the property is everything you see, very updated. How're it is in a run down part of town which leaves a bad feeling in the beginning but when you're on the very updated, clean comfortable room you'll soon forget the outside."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. Location was great in centre of old town. There was some mold in the shower area which should have been cleaned off."

"The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too"
