I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. "Staff is the real highlight at Ändra, but the rooms are super cute, comfortable and the location between Downtown and Belltown is phenomenal. Endless dining options nearby and lots to see and do. Ändra feels like home away from home. =)"

"I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!"

"Every CitizenM property I stayed in was great in the same aspects as this Seattle hotel. Modern, clean, joyful, great staff, with everything one may need. It's a different kind of experience than a traditional hotel, so more traditional travelers may find it awkward, because the concept is completely revamped, and I guess catered to younger guests.
