"We loved the wild life mounts. Felt like we were in a comfy hunting lodge. Rooms well laid out and comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room. It was very quiet, we hardly noticed the presence of other guests. Good hearty breakfasts."
"Cute lodge rooms by Yellowstone Lake. Fantastic views over the lake from the Restaurant. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Quieter part of the Park bit close to the lower loop."
"Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was overpriced and nowhere near worth the money. The room was not clean, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the bathroom door was broken, making it difficult to use. Basic maintenance and housekeeping seemed completely neglected.
Customer service was also lacking, with little to no assistance available when issues were reported. For the price charged, I expected a comfortable and well-maintained hotel, but this was far from it.
I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. There are much better options available for the same price. Save your money and avoid the frustration."
"Cabin was larger than I expected and clean and quiet. Kitchenette was nice to have and had basic items to allow us to cook some meals.
My only complaint was parking was not reserved closed to our cabin."
"Clean. Bathroom was recently renovated. It smelled nice!
Location was great. Pizza place across the street was lots of fun. There was live music and great pizza."
