"We really enjoyed our room. Based on the listing, we were not certain what to expect but the one bedroom unit was very well setup. Pool view was unique/cool and kids loved it. On site restaurant was nice/convenient. Parking situation required a bit of navigation but staff was excellent. This was our first visit but we would stay again."

"Camere nuovissime e tenute benissimo, tutto pulito, ci hanno fatto trovare anche due bottigliette di acqua, camera davvero ampia, con una cucina a disposizione con te, caffè tisane. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del marito di Jessica, la proprietaria, abbiamo mangiato bene e gli ospiti hanno diritto ad uno sconto, comodo il bar di fianco per fare la colazione, in fondo alla via ci sono dei parcheggi liberi."

"Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks"

"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great ."

"It was a wonderful experience staying at B&B dell’Aviatore! The owner was flexible, kind, and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations with surprising perks. The property is up a winding road, which is clearly signed and reveals striking views over the surrounding area. We look forward to an opportunity to return!"

"Very helpful owners, great location. Breakfast is provided in the room and is very sweet based, pastries, biscuits, sweet yogurt, cake etc. there’s also a mini fridge and juice water and milk are provided along with coffee & tea making facilities. For me the breakfast was the weakest part of the stay but that’s personal preference as I don’t eat a lot of sweet foods. It’s a very quiet property and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars."
