Härlig liten välplanerad stuga. Verkade helt nyrenoverad. Superfräsch toalett med dusch. Bra tvättmöjligheter. Stannade bara 2 nätter och är väldigt nöjda. Skulle önska fler ställen att hänga kläder/ handdukar för torkning, men så är det på alla ställen.

Room stunk all the reviews say the same. Toilet plumbing was hissing constantly had to turn tap on and off every use. Receptionist was the rudest receptionist I have ever meet. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Cabinet above bathroom basin is in the road when trying to use the basin to wash your face or clean your teeth. Suggest cabinet is tilted higher or a shorter one is fitter with greater space above the basin. We could not operate the bench top hot plates and no instructions were provided. Hot water dribbled out of taps and showers.

What's good? Great location, tidy rooms, plenty of family facilities including paid laundry, kitchen and pool. Best price we could find. Free safe parking on-site. 3 min drive from Airlie Beach marina. What's not so good? No flexibility at all in offering early check-in. This might not be suitable for bigger families but it was me and my wife so we managed the 4 hour wait. We do understand that this might not be possible during busy times but when I called to inquire about early check in two days before arrival I was told it's possible (still no assurances) but possible. but when we arrived we were told it's not and that check in is at 2pm. I have to say though after that everything was smooth and we enjoyed our stay so no regrets.

Staff were great rooms clean and bed comfortable. The only bad complaint rooms way to far away from car park. Trolley would be great for luggage and other necessities. Had to make a few trips not great with bad ankle

Airconditioning was terrible. AC was switching from cooling to heating and back to cooling both the nights I stayed. Spent sleepless nights. Will not recommend it.

The room was adequate for the money. Very clean. Walls very thin and if you encounter a noisy Neighbor at 2am who turns their TV on and coughs for 30 minutes, this is why I would not be too keen to stay again. Staff were lovely.

The room was super clean, very quiet T nights, non smoking areas. Amenities included including laundry making it convenient. Staff was friendly and willing to help. The bus runs efficiently and so cheap. I would stay here again.

I upgraded to the cabin after the Queen was not as advertised. The shared kitchen facilities were lacking and things were broken such as the kitchen fan, washing machine and poor condition cookware. Wasn’t quite what I was expecting

La chambre sélectionnée correspondait bien à ce qui était décrit sur le site. Toutefois nous avons voulu nous faire à manger à la cuisine communautaire et la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de chaudron pour faire à manger seulement une poêle. De plus il manquait d’assiettes et les aires communes étaient plus ou moins propres. Nous avons décidé de faire nos autres repas dans notre unité avec ce que nous avions sous la main.

The girls at front reception were very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a pet friendly cabin it was clean, small but good for an overnight stay. Pool area is clean and inviting looks like it has recently had a refurbishment done. Short walk down the road to the convenience store, but a drive to go into town for dinner.

Check-in was great because of the super friendly and hepful staff member. Sadly I do not know her name but whenever I talked to or ran into staff members they were always super friendly. Surrounded by tropical plants and animals, the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are functional but old. For example there was a part of of the vinyl floor was missing and the shower clearly has seen a lot of years go by. So even when clean it looks dirty because of those years. The bed in the single room is small but quite comfortable. The communal kitchen is functional and clean. The parking lot is small but sufficient. You have to drive out for a bit to get there but for the tours that make Airlie beach a destination worth going you can get picked up here. Value for money is great for Airlie Beach.
