"It was the first strange experience we had with Marriot, we made the reservation the day before, and we went to the hotel at 5 pm much after check in time and we were told the hotel room was not ready. "It’s possible a lot of what I found disappointing in the property was poor timing. The hotel was sold on Sunday and we checked in Tuesday. After a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in, relax at the bar with a drink, and go to sleep. However, the bar wasn’t open.
