"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome and would absolutely recommend it.
What stood out most was how accommodating the staff were when my travel plans were unexpectedly disrupted. My flight to Tokyo was canceled, delaying my arrival by a full day. The hotel was incredibly understanding and helpful with the change, which took a lot of stress out of an already frustrating situation. After finally arriving in Tokyo, being welcomed so warmly was greatly appreciated.
I was also very impressed with the housekeeping. My room was cleaned and refreshed frequently throughout my stay, and everything consistently felt clean, organized, and well maintained.
The location is excellent, with convenient access to Shiodome Station and Tokyo’s rail system, making it easy to explore the city.
Between the accommodating staff, excellent housekeeping, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, the hotel contributed greatly to how memorable my first trip to Japan was. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo."
