Cockroaches in the room. Killed 6 in the bathroom alone. Sheets did not appear to be clean. They had some kind of wax feel to them. No food as advertised just coffee and hot water. Coffee was empty. will not be staying there again.

My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager.

A respite from the heat.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable couch. The full size refrigerator was wonderful. However the clean up after the previous guests seemed a bit hap-hazard, with cereal remnants on the floor and a pen and paper swept beneath the couch. Also, the room above had children running across the floor late into the evening ( well after 11 PM) and the water running in their shower was clearly audible.

The only positive was how nice and accommodating the lady was that checked us in. She was very nice. After that everything went down hill. According to pictures there were stoves with 4 burners and an oven. We had 2 surface burners only. The fridge was outside the kitchen area by the restroom due to what i found out was non working plugs. The bathtub i can only assume was stained or it was dirty but it was black in the bottom. They also advertized breakfast and didnt have anything and was even told they dont serve breakfast which is a contradiction to online. They didnt even have any coffee. They had lots of workers consistently in the way due to what looked like reovations and painting. After 15 minutes of waiting for the only elevator my husband had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to find out they were cleaning them 10 minutes before checkout time of 11 am. Blinds didnt close all the way nor were there any curtains and being on the corner we had the displeasure of having the building light blinding us all night. The TV was facing the kitchen making it impossible to see from either bed.

Was listed as including breakfast—we were told on site that they stopped that months ago! Construction debris in hallway leading to room. Front entry jammed with furniture to be installed in rooms. In the room, tv was mounted in a location not accessible to either bed or to seating! Staff member was nice; said things will be better in the future! Sorry we picked this place.

The Absolute Worst!!!!

Tom was not cleaned at all prior to my checking in…there was dog hair on the bed to a point where I took them down and asked for new bedding…dog hair on the floor to a point where my son had it all on his socks from walking around the room…The tub was not cleaned…I had to ask for a broom to clean, blood on toilet to a point where I had to ask for cleaning solution to clean it and the tv was inoperable to a point where I had to have the staff come in the room to manually correct the issue. The worst stay I’ve had!!!! They should have never been ok with me asking for all the cleaning supplies I inquired about…they charge extra for your animal to stay each day and I’m certain that’s because of the cleaning procedure but they take no protocol on a pepper cleaning procedure when an animal has been in the room… And I’ve been here before to a point where I’ve been there when it was comfortable to be there, but now it’s terrible!!! And they literally have posted notes that seem old as hell talking about remodeling…it does not look like it has been remodeled anywhere…I’m serious.. the hallways stink like trash, tobacco, and feet…the windows are dirty and the kitchens would appeal much more of they keep them clean. I’d they don’t keep it clean they’ll be “remodeling” amazing shortly

There was not a grab and go breakfast option, and there was barely any coffee there, this was specifically a problem considering we had a child with us. We could barely enter the bulding due to all of the construction materials sprawled out in the lobby, plus the room was so dusty and dirty to the point to were we had to clean the room ourselves. We didnt even know about this until we saw a sign on the elevator asking for the residence to excuse them for the dust. The problem with that is there was a person who had asthma and COPD with us, and the dust floating around was a health hazard. Along with that we could barely enjoy our stay in the room because of the loud noice comng from the floor above us (were you aware of this). The towels we had there were not enough for the people staying there (only 2 instead of 3). The carpets were grungy and dirty along with the seats, thank god we had family to stay with while the room air out after we sprayed it. The only really good part of this experience was the fact that one of the staff memebers were nice enugh to help us get the untinsels we needed. Due to the construction there were only two floors open and this caused some disruption in the hotel. Not only that, but the fact that there were 2 bull masters in one of rooms on the first floor which made it unsafe for an adult and really unsafe for a child.This was one of the worst stays weve had yet, not coming back anytime soon, if we would've known we wouldn't have stayed here.

When we arrived, we walked into a lobby thick with the smell of Marijuana. We hoped for the best and got keys to our room. The room was disgusting. Urine was all over the wall in the bathroom. There was only a single bottle of shampoo that had less than half of its contents. No soap. Door to room had a huge gap and did not stay shut. We immediately demanded a refund and left. We have stayed in some cheap places but this was by far the worst.
