Sauberkeit vom Pool ist eine reine Katastrophe der Pool wir nicht gereinigt. Der Service am Pool ist MÜLL!!! "It is a family friendly hotel. With everything and everyone at the hotel, there are ample spaces and never felt crowded. The hotel is just beautiful, excellent rooms and spacious. Entertainment was at time impressive and given my experience with other resources in Cancun, it is in a different class altogether- in a positive way."

"Reise vår var på en uke. Vi var 2 voksne og en 4 åring. Velkomsten var veldig bra. Vi ble godt tatt i mot. Rommet var stor, men gammel og slit. Det var generelt hele hotellet ,en gammel hotell. Renhold var også ikke helt topp. Lå noen nøtteskall under sengen og bordet. Var familievennlig og hadde fine bassenger. Stor barne lekeplass utendørs og innadørs. Søndager hadde entertainere fri og det var ingen show som var ulempen. Var helt grei hotell trenger oppussing. 4,5 stjerne 🌟"

"Besonders gut ist die große Anzahl an Liegen am Strand. Diese sind sehr gut vor der Sonne geschützt. Das Essen ist zwar abwechslungsreich, aber nicht besonders hochwertig. Allerdings auch nicht schlecht. Die selbstabfüllbaren Fruchtsäfte sind leider viel zu süß und nur verdünnt trinkbar. Die Zimmer müssten besser schallisoliert sein. Wer früh schlafen gehen will, wird hier Probleme bekommen, da bis ca 23:30 Uhr laute, meist Live-Musik gespielt wird."

"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."

"The worst experience . Everything was cheap and of the lowest quality. The shower was broken, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms at all, and the bed mattress was unstable, making noises with every movement. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a harsh smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridors, rooms, lobby, and everywhere else. consider these problems before booking"

"Odada çalışan hiçbirşey yoktu. Klima ve Tv bozuk . Duş fıskiyesi çalışmıyordu. Oda buz gibi soğuk ve yorgan yok. Üstelik otelde görevli adamın tavırları hiç hoş değildi. Sezonu kapatmış gibi bir hali vardı ama müşteri alıyor. Üstekil otelde tek kalan müşteri bendim bir kadın olarak tedirgin oldum. "

"We spent 8 nights at this little hotel. It was amazing. The spa prices are really good, the outdoor pool was wonderful. The breakfast was everything anyone needs and very good. The staff constantlywent above and beyond for their guesses. We were so impressed that we are wanting to come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone"
