"Excellent service provided by the hotel's staff however rooms are not equipped with appropriate equipment. The TV set, an LG brand was terrible. Took long time to turn it on and sometimes while watching a program it went dark with a message 'not available due to maintenance, try agin later' . Also, after turning it on it displayed a bar with a loading percentage that got frozen after reaching or displaying a 70%. I called the front desk to complain and a tech was sent, however, after the second...

"My only complaints would be with communication. The front desk explained to us that we would have a two for one breakfast buffet promotion. We had breakfast at the buffet one day but not the next day. They never told us the promotion was only valid if we had the buffet both days. Do we got charged full price. There didn’t seem to be any language barrier as the person at the desk spoke English quite well. The room was decent and clean. The safe did not work at all and the tv volume wasn’t very...

"The airport shuttle was the biggest convenience in my choice of airports that were close to the airport for an overnight rest between travel destinations. The second choice was the hotel's location to the enormous mall - we didn't have enough time to do much, so wandering around the mall was a simple activity. The friendly staff, clean building and lovely breakfast were a happy bonus! I was offered a room upgrade because reception saw that it was my birthday- a very nice present!"

"Besides being convenient with an free airport shuttle, Sercotel was impressively clean and organized. David, at the front desk, was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. It was near a few restaurants and even had a pool! I was very impressed with this facility and would definitely return."
