"The staff were fantastic, exceptionally kind. Our granddaughters were delighted by the pool, afternoon treats, and kid gift bags. They begged us to stay another day. Parking was a breeze, even with the volume of guests on a holiday weekend. The location, of course, could not be better. And I took advantage of the spa discount at the sister property."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-maintained the kitchen and dining area were. The staff was wonderful—everyone was super helpful, friendly, and informative. The pools were really nice and definitely a favorite during our stay. One of the best perks was the 5:30 Kickback! The food was great, and the three complimentary drinks per adult were such a nice bonus. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. You can access the San Antonio River Walk directly from the bottom floor, which made it incredibly convenient to go out, explore, and come right back to the hotel without having to drive anywhere. Overall, this was a wonderful, clean, family-friendly hotel with great amenities and an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️"

"It was a comfortable stay. The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast left much to be desired, nothing fresh, no fruit and lots of processed carbs and powdered eggs. My room was on the 7th floor which had steps, leading to the rooms, so it was no fun carrying a suitcase up and down those stairs. The hotel was in walking distance to all attraction downtown, which I appreciated. I felt safe."

"Very comfortable room with a great view, despite the construction noise, and loved the proximity to the Riverwalk. Enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Not the hotel staff's fault, but the valet could be better."

"Beautiful property swimming was amazing. Everything was super clean. The unit we stayed in was nice except both of the toilets didn’t flush well. The lazy river is exceptional, but the tubes are not. They’re too small to comfortably sit in and rest back as an adult. Bring your own. We went on September 1 and they had already closed down many of the daily activities and the bar at the pool, which was a big disappointment. It was still 100° outside, so it was clearly still summer for many of us. But overall, it was an amazing place to go for a little vacation."
