I got to hotel at 5pm to register. They said my reservation had been cancelled through third parties early this morning due to water damage issues. You were supposed to notify me. Had dif full time getting other hotel close to where I needed to be.

We do apologize for any miscommunication. We did call all 3rd party reservations through the site it was booked through (Expedia, Agoda, ect.) to let them know we had to cancel these reservations due to water leaks. We were advised that the 3rd party companies were to reach out to each guest to let them know what was going on. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Rooms were great.
Breakfast was mediocre and very dissapointing. No salt, no pepper, no syrup for waffles, no jelly or jam for toast.

Excellent accommodations. Extremely disappointing breakfast. Stale rolls, vac-pac waffles, eggs from a jar. Sausage with no taste. Need a major overhaul of breakfast program. Could not find a worse breakfast anywhere.

The staff was very kind and considerate. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. The outside was attractive.
A suggestion…the water pressure on the 3rd floor could use a re-evaluation.

Staff was fantastic. Hotel room was comfortable, clean, and overall relaxing. The bed was fantastic, breakfast was simple but good, and the wifi/internet was adequate. The shower was absolutely pitiful, with such low water pressure you had to beg it to just let you rinse off.
Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub are closed and stunk. Only one piece of equipment worked in the gym. Chemicals stacked in the entrance. Outside of the entrance was filthy with what looks like mold growing on the building. And the elevator made a Loud grinding noise that we could hear from our room. After reading other reviews, I see that these problems have not been addressed for several months. there are several other hotels nearby, I would suggest trying one of them.
