Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. "We stayed for only one night, great location right next to our concert venue. Parking on street was a breeze and much cheaper than hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I recommend it. The restaurant is convenient and great service with delicious food. We enjoyed it."
