We had a very pleasant stay at Grupotel Port d’Alcúdia. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the electricity went out a few times during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything was great. Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Clean room on arrival, during our brief (2 night) stay housekeeping didn’t clean they just make beds and replace towels. Towel for sunbeds require waiting til 10am for lifeguard to arrive and open a locked box. All inclusive limited on drinks choices. Food basic but good for kids. Breakfast good choice. Very few spoons available- not on the table and not next to things that require spoons. Restaurant area is like a cafeteria - bright and noisy. Very noisy at night - loads of screaming kids running around.

Great value for money, staff is lovely and helpful, particularly Jose at the restaurant is amazing always make our family smile. Food is great, a bit too much of fried but good, great fresh fruits variety, kids ate churros every day, pool is really nice. Only thing that could improve in entertainment during the day.

Not a great experience, especially with a 10-month-old baby We spent one week at this hotel and unfortunately had more negative than positive experiences. Several issues affected our stay: * The kids’ pool was freezing cold, despite being one of the main reasons we booked. * Sunbed reserving is allowed and not managed. Before the pool even opened, most beds were already taken with towels. * The hotel is overpriced for the experience provided. * If you have dietary restrictions (gluten or dairy), food options are extremely limited. We ended up eating mostly grilled chicken or fish with fries all week. * The luggage room has no access control, so anyone can walk in and out. * Customer service lacked a willingness to go the extra mile. We heard “it’s not possible” countless times, even for simple requests. * The double bed is two single beds pushed together that separate easily, making it feel unsafe. We almost fell into the gap several times. * Ants appeared quickly if any food was left in the room or on the terrace. * There was a constant sewage smell from the bathroom. Our last morning summed up the stay. Reception gave us incorrect information about the early breakfast, leading to an unnecessary argument over something we had already paid for.

It’s a mid-tier hotel … with OK food. It’s a bit full around the pool. If you want to use the safe in your room, you have to pay for it. Lots and lots of children. If you have to leave early, do not expect breakfast… it starts at 7:45am
