It was very nice. Stayed with two young kids and they enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. Staff was also friendly. The only downside was that there was only one working elevator at the time and it took forever to catch it. Other than that it was good.

A few observations from our recent stay ... the check-in staff had difficulty knowing how to check us in (with our Expedia reservation) and had to ask a team member for help. What should have taken just a few quick minutes to check us in ended up taking much longer. Only one elevator was operational for patrons. The complimentary products in the bathroom were empty. The refrigerator froze beverages. The beds were uncomfortable. They could use some new ones. The room TV was very nice, larger than most. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was attentive and prepared a good meal for guests.

As a place to sleep, it was perfectly fine. Nothing fancy, but it’ll get you by. Staff was very friendly hand helpful. We had to change from our first room, which had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Our second room needed some work but was totally fine as a place to sleep for a few nights.
