The great view and location

The hotel was great and cossy and comfortable. The rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. The view was perfect from the window. The sea and the pool was really close and the view was increable. My family and I liked the hotel and city and breakfast. Thanks for the staff Best wishes

Fine stay on a real beach.

Our recent stay was good. We’ve now stayed in all the major beach hotels in Alexandroupoli and found this in the top three. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked though the staff had a hard time keeping up between 9-10am when it was crowded. The service was great from all staff. The buildings are a bit care-worn and could use some freshening, but they functioned fine.

Oteli eski bulanlar var. Ama bence önemli olan temizlik. Sürekli koltukları masaları vs değiştirirseniz nasıl bu fiyata gidebileceksiniz. Ayrıca çevreciyiz söylemleri yapıp otel ekipmanları sürekli değiştirilirse çevreci olamasınız. Ben oteli temizlik konfor büyüklül açısından beğendim. Kahvaltısı da bence güzeldi. Hijyen biraz düzelse aslında çok iyi otel

Oteli genel olarak sevdik, yine kalırız. Bazı yorumlarda okuduğumuz ve bize olmayacağını varsaydığımız iki not kırdığımız durum yaşadık. Birincisi saat 15:30’a doğru odamızın anahtar kartını verdiler. Ama akabinde odanın henüz temizlenmemiş olabileceğini söyleyip kartı elimizden aldılar. Bazı görüşmeler yapıp bizi bir süre beklettikten sonra kartı tekrar verdiler. Odada çarşaf ve yastık kılıfı temizdi. Ama, portmanto’nun üzerinde iki adet 10cm saç vardı. Tuvaletin sifonu çekilmemişti, içinde bir miktar tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Otel içindeki koridorlardaki halılarda kalıcı lekeler vardı. Bunların dışında memnun kaldık. Odadaki klima ve buzdolabı iyi soğutuyordu. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Özellikle pancake ve sarısı patlamamış yumurta efsane. Denizi Makri’deki şemsiye başı 80 Euro harcama limitli plajlara denk iyiydi.

Otelin konumu ve plaja sıfır olması mükemmeldi. Bahçe katı odamizdan çıkıp hemen plaja inebiliyorduk. Mükemmel bir kahvaltısı vardı. Odalar geniş ve ferahtı. Otel çok güzeldi.Harika bir tatil geçirdik.

3 gece kaldık. Herşey guzeldi. Ancak odamizi ilk gun temizlenmesini istemedik. Ikinci gün oda temizliği istedik havlular ve yatak carsaflarimiz degistirilmemisti. Kat gorevlisi Turkce bilen bayana şikayetimizi ilettik kendisinin izinli oldugunu soyledi. 11Haziran günü gorevli olan bayanı uyaracağını soyledi. Sayin yetkili ilginiz icin teşekkür ederim
