"I went for a few days of rest before heading home from hosting a retreat and the Tivoli was the perfect choice. I was able to relax by the pool, hike to a beautiful sunset, and relax in my robe and order room service. It was exactly what I needed!"

"Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon."

"I’ll start by saying it may just be our North American standard of a 5 star to be impeccable in all areas but this hotel was not that. The staff were 5 star amazing and accommodating and helpful but otherwise this hotel would fall in a 3 star rating. Our first apartment was disappointing in that the shower had a spraying leak, the tub wouldn’t plug to bath our son, the toilet had a crack/leak, the safe didn’t work, the espresso machine didn’t work, the laundry did not work, you could not shower at night if the apartment above had just showered (we waited 2 hours and still no hot water for our baby), and lastly the ants were everywhere.. we found them in our sons crib. The staff were very helpful and fixed what they could but ultimately they couldn’t fix it all and told us they would move us in 24 hours which then did &we really appreciated it. Our next apartment was significantly better but the tub water came out brown so we had to shower our son, and the drain had to be fixed, we did not have a safe in the room but they did bring one, our kitchen had different items/no pans to make stove top but by this point we felt we had asked for too much and the staff was trying their best! The furniture was extremely worn and had stains which is fine but just not something you would expect for 5 stars. The amenities were good but again worn out. The deck around the spa pool was falling apart &the steam room was out of order. More of a maintenanceissue than anything. Great location"
