"Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort."

"pros: amazing customer service. We did early check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They had entertainment for all age groups and so much food variety. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Cons: Rooms need renovation as bathroom door was not closing properly. Bathroom sink leaked water for sometime after using.
