"Der Service war sehr schlecht. Von vier Mitarbeitern hinterm Tresen wurde man einfach nicht beachtet bis der fünfte kam. Das Essen war sehr schlecht für den Preis. Sauberkeit geht so muss man sagen dafür daß es ein neues Hotel ist. Bei der Duschwand wurde das Silikon vergessen, so das dass Wasser schön rausgelaufen ist. Fenster kann man nur an klappen. Die Fahrstühle haben sich sehr komisch angehört und die Außenanlage war auch noch nicht fertig. "

"Very good and clean hotel. Neighborhood is not that fancy but otherwise location is good. Close to Hauptbahnhof and practically walking distance to the city center shopping area. I liked the idea to get a voucher to the hotel bar as a compensation to skip cleaning when staying several nights."
