"The cabana roomed we stayed in was very convenient for beach access but the fixtures in the room were a mess. Broken chairs, stained furniture and the AC hanging on for dear life. Most of the time it was cooler outside than in the room. Images online are the rooms when they were brand new, of course, but they're in rough shape these days. Many elevators on site were out of service and the main pool was completely closed, so we were paying for amenities we didn't get the opportunity to utilize. Youth event happened to be going on when we attended so the small other pool was absolutely slammed (not the hotel's fault) Used to love this hotel a great deal and have been many times. Splurged a bit on one of their nicer rooms and it was a disaster, frankly."
