"Hotel Soma was perfect for our one night stay in Ft. Worth in June. The instructions were sent to us before our check in time & we had no problem getting inside. "The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Honor Blessed was amazing at the front desk and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The valet team was also fast, friendly, and very helpful. Although this was a quick stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to booking a longer visit next time."

"Room was very spacious, but we never got maid service, so we had to get our own towels and trash should have been emptied. Rooftop bar super fun, pool was nice. Not sure what kitchen they are talking about in room, but mini fridge was good size. I’d stay again!"

"Do not stay here. Our first night we were kept up from 11pm until 5am by people stomping or doing who knows what on the floor about us. Kids didn’t sleep, I didn’t sleep. It was terrible. AC not working in the lobby or gym. Yikes! Hotel is dated."

"We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy"

"When we arrived we were informed that expedia was suppose to have contacted us to let us know they had to relocate us to a different hotel due to maintenance issues. But we werent contacted, and when we called we spent almost 2 hours on the phone dealing with an expedia person who kept putting us on hold to try and bargan with other hotels that were far away from the convention I was attending.
