"The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). "The hotel was lovely. A short uber ride to Tavira (less than 4 euros) although the hotel supplies a couple of shuttles per day to Tavira and Cabanas. The pool was fabulous with plenty of comfortable loungers in nice gardens. The restaurant was very nice with lovely views over the pool and a nice area to sit and have a drink.
