"This property is very nice especially the rooms . They are a bit small especially the bathroom. But very clean and nice !! Great location! The decor of the lobby is mediocre. The lobby needs updating. The elevators need updating . There’s a roof top bar and lounge , I noticed a lot of young people was coming there from off site late nights to attend. The bar area is nice but the bartender was a bit rude to the customer beside me , overall great stay , Parking is pricey but you get that in Buckhead "

"The toilet and shower wasn’t working and when I noticed front desk staff I was told that there wasn’t any available rooms at the time, I asked to speak with a manager and was given a business card. We left the hotel and booked with another hotel for the remainder of our stay. When I reached out by email to the general manager I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. Terrible Terrible Customer Service."

"I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend. I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion. It turned out to be a bad vacation because I did not rest and it was annoying to have so much noise around me. I am very disappointed with this stay. I just reached out to the hotel to file my second complaint . I already spoke to the front desk before checking out. I hope they reach out to me. "

"We had a game and a concert to go to (Truist Park, Roxy) and we wanted something reasonable as far as location. We thought we could save a few dollars and just take a lift over the freeway which was pretty affordable however I might pay the extra money to be closer next time. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it had standing water every time we used it and it also had no cold water. It was lukewarm and hot. The room was not cleaned very well there was spray marks from a cleaning product but the mirrors were blurry and there was stuff on the headboard. I had to wipe everything down with wipes because I was so grossed out. It's an older property so you kind of expect some things to not be up to date however the fact that it wasn't clean on top of that was a little troubling. Next time we will stay a little closer to the Park area and save money on something else."

Hyatt Place is a separate, more budget-friendly brand, and once you understand that distinction, you'll find this hotel is a decent place to stay. The property itself is new and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. Breakfast was good — a highlight worth mentioning. That said, a few things gave us pause: • Not ideal for families with young children or infants: the shower setup was not accommodating for little ones. • Thin walls and poor sound insulation: noise from inside the room can be heard outside, and vice versa. Privacy is a real concern here. • Location: this particular property sits right next to a club, which I would not like "
