"Stephanie at the front desk is ALWAYS HELPFUL AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family every stay here. The omelet lady never smiles and this time she wouldn't do 2 veggie omelets right at closing however did another woman ham and double cheese AFTER me. I don't eat meat and she wasn't polite to me. This is the second time she wasn't friendly at all and this time just rude."

"Our stay was great but we did have to switch rooms 3 seperate times during our 5 day stay. The day we were scheduled to arrive, our flight got about 7 hours. We called ahead of time to advise, but when we arrived and got into our room we realized there was one bed. It was a suite with a king bed, but since we were 3 people we booked a regular room with two beds. We had to go to the lobby to address this and that’s when they told us they had overbooked and we were going to be switched into another room the next day. They brought us an extra twin roller bed for the night. The next day, we are switched with no issues but the A.C stopped working around 10 PM so we had to be switched into another room. The hotel was great, and handled everything quickly but just a lot of unfortunate inconveniences for a pricey stay."
