"Great location in the center, but the reception lobby and rooms are all a little dated. I was expecting something nicer and larger for the price. I guess you’re paying for the location, even though you must park 5 minutes away and walk in. We did not know we had a room on the 3rd floor with a tiny spiral staircase, and brought our rolling luggage. If we’d known, we would have brought a smaller overnight bag. "It was a delightful surprise to find this impressive boutique hotel. Staff were excellent & our room was more than we expected. The restaurant served a plentiful, unique, & varied dinner on the patio. Despite the incredible heat it was fairly cool. And so delicious. Our stay was made even better when they provided taxi service from Basel airport & then to the airport the next morning. Promptly on time. I regret not using the spa service."

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a fantastic city. Well located steps away from the heart of old town. Superb breakfast and many thanks to the generous staff that kept our son away from his food allergies. They made sure he had plenty of options. A special touch was giving us snacks for his trip back. The bar snacks are also outstanding. The only slight negative was that the junior suite we had was under the roof and had slanted ceilings. So, we wish we had more room."

"The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and within a short walking distance of everything you might want to see in Colmar. We couldn’t figure out the A/C and with a heat wave that was a bit of an issue but the staff were helpful and accommodating. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient."
