Loved the room ! Great location about a 15 min walk into town but you enjoy such beautiful scenery! The hotel itself was very clean and upkeeped and staff always checked in ! Highly recommend.

Great location and amazing view. Amazing cleaning. Although reception is only until 22h staff was very cordial, nothing more. Superior room pictures in the Hotel.com website may belong to another superior room they have, but definitely wasn't the one that I've stayed... balcony was much smaller and no chair in the balcony. Also something a bit unhinged happened when I was there that took my sleep away the other days... The hotel has some doors directed to the street... First they I came back and went to the wrong door... The door opened with my key and somebody screamed... That wasn't my room... But it opened with my key... I apologized and went to the correct door... But stayed the hole stay with the feeling that other gest also could get into my room at anytime... Creepy!

Bait and switch. Read a review that this happened to someone else, well it happened to us too. Booked a Sea Front hotel off the cliff, received something much different and was told it was correct. Got room right by busy road with LOUD motorcycles all hours. They say they are there from 7am to 9pm, but the doors were closed and no one to talk to many times during open hours. This hotel is hard to get to from Almalfi. Taxi is $40-$50 USD to go 4 min drive. Bus system is iffy. Full or doesn't come. Must have bus tickets pre-purchased, so get a few. One ticket gets you 1 stop or all the way to Sarrono. We took the Farry and it was the best choice, reliable and pretty cheap. You can only plan to walk. With luggage this is an issue. Roads are narrow, so your life will be in question every step of your walk. I will never stay here again. Skip this one. If you go to Almalfi, plan on no more than 3 days??? Preplan activities, they are hard to book on location. There was one younger man who was helpful and polite. There is a good convenience store up the street that had cheap beer, wine and pastries. But you don't need to know that cuz you will read this and book elsewhere.

The room was vwey clean and generally everything was good except one obnoxious property male employee who was borderline rude from veey beginning and completely out of line last day. We booked taxi service the evening prior to check out. I followed up in the morning again and fully paid for taxi service to the port. However 45min later taxi never arrived and we were late to the farry andntp the airport. When I asked that obnoxious employee for a refund, he told me they don't give refunds for taxi in Italy and its not his problem the taxi didn't arrive. LITERALLY! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

The property is outside of Amalfi Town and is all uphill, you will need to catch a bus which is always crowded. Taxis are expensive and the road is very busy and very noisy. The rooms are also smaller than expected. You will need to work out the air con and TV as no instructions supplied and there is no tea or coffee. The upside is that the view from the room is spectacular

The property benefits from a convenient location within walking distance of Amalfi City Center and close proximity to a private beach (though the beach is not owned by the hotel, and guests must pay separately to swim or use the chairs). Unfortunately, these advantages did not outweigh the issues experienced during my stay. The hotel’s advertising is misleading, as the property consists of three separate locations but only one matches the photos shown online. Guests may be charged premium rates for rooms without the promised amenities, such as a balcony or king-sized bed. Additionally, the rooms lack air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot during the day and cold at night, and the beds are little more than cots with a sheet, resulting in poor sleep quality. Overall, despite the location, the lack of transparency and inadequate comfort made for a disappointing stay.

Beware of their staff, had my BOSE headphones stolen there. They also placed my hair curler in a tough spot for me to easily miss it and forget it there. Views were great but BEWARE of parking (they will try to suck money from you for parking)

While the rooms were clean and the sea view was beautiful, our stay was completely overshadowed by the shockingly rude and unprofessional staff. From check-in onward, not a single smile — just cold, dismissive, and sometimes outright aggressive behavior. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them. One night we were locked out after 10 PM, and there was no one at the front desk. When we called for help, the person on the phone was hostile and shouting, making the situation even more stressful. Instead of assisting calmly, he directed us to a janitor’s closet containing a master key that opens all rooms — a major security concern. Also, this is not a real hotel. It functions more like a residence with no overnight service, no concierge, and limited support. This was never made clear when booking. Other practical issues: • 500 steep steps to the beach – not accessible for elderly or people with mobility issues. • No street parking, and garage nearby charges €30 per night. • Located on a busy road, so crossing with kids felt unsafe. ✅ Clean rooms, stunning views, and a peaceful beach. ❌ Terrible service, no professionalism, and poor communication. We do not recommend this property. Staff attitude alone made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The place was much smaller than expected. Limited amenities. Parking was 40 eur and the walk to almafi was about 20 minutes. Easy to get bus back to hotel. Check in was through another attached hotel with different name and this wasn’t communicated to us so it made for great difficulty trying to find parking along road and walking to try and find hotel that wasn’t posted on the building apart from a piece of paper on the door. The view from the room was beautiful, but small terrace with no seating. The bed was 2 twins pushed together unfortunately and quite uncomfortable. Can find same affordability in other hotels in area that might be more suiting
