"As always the Tru hotels are a good place to stay, myself and wife travel a lot and we like to stay at Tru because they offer a great value for what you paid, but lately we've noticing that the breakfast offerings have dropped in quality and variety. Besides that the hotel is good"

"The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

"Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be."

"We stayed during renovations but the property was clean. Our room had a terrible sewage smell. It only got worse through the weekend. The guy a couple doors down said his did too. Our friend was staying across the hall and it did not smell that way but the AC wasn’t working that great in her room. It seems like they are working on fixing the issues"

"This is an older hotel with a clean outdoor pool and a hot tub open until 10p. It’s conveniently located next to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are well apportioned and have 2 large flatscreen TVs. What I wish I knew from reviews before our stay. Fair warning, hotel has an underlying old smell. Our first room (#212) had strong smell of mold. We tried to accept it but after 5 minutes couldn’t do it. Reported it, they didn’t push back and changed us to room #110. AC struggled to...

"Our room was clean, huge with all the amenities and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. It was close to our kids and grandkids and other things. We would most definitely stay here again."
