"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"

The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean. "Its great place for amazon experience. Well maintained property. Rooms; dining area and bar are great. Loved it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Getting to the place is not easy. Don’t follow google maps. Hotel has placed signs all over for directions. Dirt roads for about 10km. Call early so they will direct well. "
