"For price point, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic amenities like daily housekeeping. You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. Go for the casino or entertainment but staying more than one (1) night is not recommended. Other...

"My husbend fel down from plastic chair which broke, at the pool side...hurting himself. The entrance, to the property from the main street, is NOT lit and at night is hard to find a way. The curved driveway with high curbs"

"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. "We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay."

"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"The room's refrigerator was noisy and woke me up a few times. Other than that everything else was great."

"My key cards didn't work at 4:30am and no one was working the front desk, had to sit and wait 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up."

"The breakfast was just basic and the rooms were small the tv is also very small. The blue heron across the street is superior and cheaper for a view of the lake and bigger rooms. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel."
