"Everything was great"

"We were given the first room without hot water. After twenty minutes, the room changed. Recepciyonist was extremely rude to me when he was polite to everyone, he gave me the card to try this room, he almost threw the card away. The face of the receptionist who saw my Turkish passport while registering fell. I think he changed his expression towards me after my passport and he was racist. When we went to the second room, the room was cold, we called, the mechanic came, the mechanic came, this room will not heat up until the morning tonight. He said change the room, it was 12 o'clock at night, but the receptionist said you will wait, I opened it from here, it will warm up. The room never warmed up. I wrote to Expedia. The receptionist called at 2-3 at night and said you wanted a room change. I didn't change rooms at 3 a.m. because of fatigue and slept in a cold room. He didn't even apologize. He treated me especially badly, he was consciously adjusting the room temperature from below. He put me to sleep in the cold room on purpose. The receptionist changed in the morning, the room warmed up. The new receptionist apologized. I couldn't sleep all night, I'm cold and I'm going to be sick because of the cold. I could sleep in another hotel for $120 in a warm room. Never come."

"Clean rooms and nice staff"

"We arrived late in the evening after a nearly 4-hour technical flight issue delay on a long international flight. We booked the hotel assuming it was a quick & easy walk. We were confronted with huge signs stating pedestrian access was not possible and to use the shuttle service. Unfortunately, we had to search for more than 10 minutes just to find the tiny sign indicating the shuttle location (on the huge sign couldn't they have said WHERE to catch the shuttle?). We waited more than 30 minutes in the freezing cold, calling the hotel repeatedly, asking for the shuttle, only to get a recorded message that shuttles runs every 15-20 minutes. When we tried to reach the front desk by phone, it just rang & rang. When, after nearly an hour, arrived at check-in and asked about the shuttle delay, they dismissed & gaslighted us. Shocking. I tried to let it go. When we arrived to our room (exhausted after long flight & delays) we were shocked to find they put us in the wrong room class. We booked a king bed room and got a double. Back to reception and the terrible front desk staff just to be gaslighted once again - of course it wasn't their fault, it was the way we booked. Our booking confirmation clearly stated king room. They reluctantly, like it was a big favor, put us in king room. More issues with the morning shuttle as well. Thought this would be an easy way to layover (since Newark airport CLOSES at 9:00 PM) but we were WRONG. Never again. Terrible experience from start to end. "

"The room was very clean, however it was so cold in my initial room I had to change rooms. I did not use the laundry service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I only stayed for 3 days. I was there to attend my grandson's graduation from the police academy."

"There was a wedding during my stay so the valet was not available to non-wedding guests. Parking cost about $30 even though there was not a single available spot. Folks were double parked and illegally parked and we were told we had to park on the road, which was so unreasonable, especially in the winter. The check in line was excessively longs and staff were not friendly or accommodating. Will not be returning."

"In my first room, the air-conditioning was perfect however, in the second room, I had problems with my thermostat and it would not allow me to cut on the air. The staff allowed me to switch rooms due to availability."
