"The Paris has a terrible checkin process. Long lines & in my case a standard room wasn't available & the clerk recommended an upgrade which was supposed to be compensated but it ended up costing me way more than was explained to me. The walls in my sink area had splatter from prior guests brushing their teeth. The maid never came in to exchange towels or tidy up the room even though I was in a suite. The checkout process was not good because there was a long line to get the luggage stored & picked back up after storage. Absolutely terrible system. Hotel guests should be treated better. There should be a checkout area inside & a bellhop area so luggage can be stored. The hotel windows were very dirty, which obstructed the view & picture taking. I would not recommend this hotel to others. For the price a guest is paying , there should be much better facilities, more customer service orientated. "
