"We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Anaheim, especially since this was our first time staying there. The movie night and children’s play area were really nice, and my family enjoyed the overall experience.
The water park was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, and the layout of the hotel was a little confusing. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to enjoy the water area, and I wish the activities and amenities stayed open later.
There were also some issues with our room as soon as we arrived, but the staff responded quickly and took care of everything right away, which we really appreciated. My son was not feeling well, so I was unable to eat the hotel breakfast. Since it was our first visit, it would have been nice if a voucher had been offered so I could try the breakfast another time, but none was offered.
I also believe parking should be free, or at least discounted, for guests who are already paying to stay at the hotel. Next time, I will make sure to request specific room details and ask more questions beforehand. Even with these concerns, we had a nice stay and would consider returning."
