"This is my very honest review of this place. I Expected a lot more for the price paid. Location of the rooms are wayyyyyy to far from the pool, so make sure that when you go to the pool, you have everything you need, since it’s a solid 10 minutes walk. Also at the pool there is not enough seats for everyone, unless you arrive at the time it opens, you won’t find a seat. There is also not enough umbrellas. The extra seat it’s only available if you pay an extra $60 dollars to have a chair, which is insane since the hotel is already the price of an all inclusive anywhere in the Caribbean.I get it that is a business, however, everything in there is overpriced, I’m sayin a water bottle $7. Check in is terrible, it takes a good 40 min to an 1hr to do a simple check in. I saw a huge line with sometimes only two employees working.also, besides spending the entire day at the pool, there is no night activities during the week for the kids or adults. Overall, the hotel is cleaned, updated, has enough parking, staff is friendly, however, very pricy for what it offers. You can invest a little more and easily go to an all inclusive in Cancun, including flights. There you will have more fun and you’re not gonna be charged for everything breath you take."
