Despite the fact that we already informed them through phone, nobody was present there at front desk neither anyother body to assist, i ve small kid and wife and they kept me standing for hours. Please take notice and refund my money as i stayed there for only 5-6 hrs and left early in the morning. There was no room service, crockery tissues etc. the bed sheets are smelly. "

"We were only there for one night, and the room was very nicely laid out. However, check-in was awful with Melinda's rudeness. We arrived at 2:45 from out of town, and were made to sit and wait until exactly 3pm. We travel all over the world, and understand check in times, but have never been made to sit and wait without any explanation other than the time. At three, she tried to check us in and failed, with computer issues. It was the end of her shift, so her replacement was able to successfully check us in, after about thirty minutes of us waiting in the lobby. Our room had a big dark something on the bathroom floor, and dirty toilet. My husband took care of both. "
