Top Amherst Hotel Reviews
Blue A Modern Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
8/10 Good
"Close proximity to a great restaurant. Massage chairs were a nice feature but ours didn’t work. Floor was not exactly clean and the soap dispenser was broken. The continental breakfast was just danish and coffee with a few little refrigerator items. Other than that, it wasn’t bad. It was modern and made a good first impression."
Holiday Inn Express Springfield Downtown by IHG

Tru by Hilton Chicopee Springfield
10/10 Excellent
"The first thing I noticed was how nice and helpful the staff was. Everyone was very friendly and quick to offer assistance. The hotel itself and our room were very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. I plan to stay here whenever we are in the area."

Inn on Boltwood
10/10 Excellent
"This place is fantastic. The building and grounds are beautiful, and right on the common. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the guests - I witnessed this many times. The restaurant is good, the room was good - just lovely."
Hotel Northampton
10/10 Excellent
"great place and location. twice I felt like I was about to be kicked out, before they realized I was a guest, so that didn't feel great. I can hazard a guess as to why. other than that it's a great building."

The inn is charming, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail added to the inn’s unique charm and cozy elegance.
