"Clean room , beds comfortable, staff very friendly except for one man at the restaurant. We were just passing by and we thought coffee was free but we saw the sign. He gave us dirty look. We apologize. Shuttle very nice to bring us to the airport."

"A delicious nutritious breakfast is included, incredibly clean, there’s a convenient store right inside the lobby, and staff are nice and understanding even if you don’t speak Japanese. I even made the mistake of forgetting to check out properly at the machine at the front desk cause I was ina hurry to catch a flight, yet they were understanding enough to check me out manually and didn’t charge me extra after I had emailed them about my situation. Really great hotel, would recommend it to anyone, especially for the price to quality ratio!"

"A good place to stay overnight after a late arrival at Narita Airport. Friendly staff and clean amenities, with showers, toilets, lockers, PJs, slippers, and bath towels provided. It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didn’t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people."
