The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

"I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude...

"The rooms are not sanitary at all, the beds, bathrooms, counter tops , sinks & mirrors will all have stains. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt ask for a cleaner room and we got another room with even more filth. Customer service will ignore your calls if they know it's you and you've already been speaking up about your room"

"My original room had no bedding on the bed and the room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk person promptly moved me to a nicer suite that was clean and fresh. In other respects the inn was average."
