This place superb, breakfast delicious, staff v friendly and helpful, room size more than expected. I visited Jordan several times in the last 12 months and I always choose CELINO for my residency.

Amazing hotel in good location walkable to mall and mosque. Staff were excellent, room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (and staff who does breakfast) is great with quite a few options. Near main road but quiet. Would love to stay again as value is fantastic.

Our stay at Celino Hotel exceeded our expectations for a three star hotel. From exceptional staff to cleanliness throughout, wow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Hot water good. Water pressure could have been a bit better but that was minor. Also ahowereadsaitclosetoshowertower. But this is minor as well. Room equipped with mini fridge, sink & kettle.

Lovely stay

Pleased with our stay. No complaints. Room was lovely, spacious, clean with an excellent view of the city. Staff were extremely attentive, professional and polite. Location is good, 15 minute walk to boulevard although involves crossing some roads.

The staff were all welcoming and amazing... Easy check in and check out, breakfast was included,great variety of food. Easy access to all types of transportations,very quiet area and the room had an amazing view on the city. The room was very clean when checked in. Great experience over all. I will use this property on my future visits to Jordan.

Great budget hotel

Good budget hotel in the middle of Amman, convenient for all of the local sites, we used Uber to get around as it was tricky to walk anywhere as it is surrounded by main roads. This was not an issue as there was no road noise and Ubers are really cheap. Breakfast was good with a selection of meat, cheese, breads and yogurts etc. Room was spacious and clean , shower temperature control was not thermostatuc, so was tricky to get it warm. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel.

The room was not perfectly clean, but was adequate. Also, only minimal toilet tissue was provided. We ran out the first night.

There’s black mold in the shower. I went to take a nap and there were long black hairs all over the white comforter & a cigarette burn hole.. my husband asked for them to change it on our way out & when we got back the same sheet was there even though they said they were changing it.

Celino is not a massive facility in size; therefore, with a relatively small number of guests (even in full occupancy), the lobby and dining area is never crowded. The staff have enough time to genuinely dedicate their full attention to your comfort. Whatever assistance I needed was immediately attended to- no waiting on reception to take your call, breakfast was in abundance. Eventhough the resturant doesnt provide lunch, dinner the staff allow you to order in if you wish- huge flexibility. overall- a great place

Great hotel and super friendly staff. Highly recommend. The only negative thing was that when I showered in the morning I left (at 5am), there was only cold water. So the shower was a bit unpleasant.

I came to do my humanitarian aid work for Gaza and in Jordan. I was not able to rest well my first few nights due to noisy patrons upstairs which I reported to the front desk. Then Rami switched my room and it was a little better, but still there were a lot of families with many people who stayed in one hotel room down the hall from me on the second floor and it became a very noisy and distracting place. Rami tried to accomodate, but I ended up leaving early because I could not focus on my work. The front desk staff and housekeepers were polite, but I did not find it to be as quiet as it was last time I stayed here. I don't think I will return.
