"Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management "

Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. "Pros: Hotel was clean although beginning to get run down. Check-in was quick. My husband said the breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. Cons: The pocket door for the bathroom would only close part way (Rm 218). I got stuck inside the first time using it. Luckily my husband got me out. When my husband used the toilet it clogged.
