"Everything was excellent"

"I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. "Convenient location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is walkable and the nearby parks are nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was fine. The bed is on the hard/firm side. Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. "

The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)"

"This property is in the heart of the neighborhood and accessible to various day time and night time activities in the area. The staff were extremely helpful as I went in and out of the property. The roof top deck was a bonus and gave an excellent view of the city. They called an airport taxi for my early morning flight and even packed a brownbag breakfast for me. I would stay there again."
