"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. What is wrong then?
The hotel recently decided to close it to children in the afternoon, to the opposite of what shown on Expedia and to how the hotel operated till a few months ago.
I had booked this hotel especially for the purpose of being able to see the mountains during the day with the family, and then relax by the pool in the afternoon.
To make things worse, the hotel acknowledged that their was an issue with how the hotel amenities were now depicted on Expedia but made no serious attempt to provide any form of consideration for an issue they was entirely their fault. "
