The staff were very courteous but the room was not very clean. There were several surfaces that had dried on drops of something and there was a piece of plastic wrap on the floor. The shower water was lukewarm and the caulk around the bottom of the shower was very mildewed. The bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing I needed as I arrived late and needed sleep badly. However, there were a lot of lights (microwave, heating/cooling unit, and a flashing 'message' light on the phone that couldn't be cleared) that I had to cover with towels as I have a hard time sleeping with light shining (or flashing) in my face. Breakfast was good!

Check in was easy. The first room we walked into in the 2nd floor smelled heavily of pot. Then I saw a few suspicious cockroach looking bugs on the wall. One fell down onto the dresser and that's when I went to the front desk to ask for another room. The manager gave us another room very nicely. 2nd room was much cleaner. Overall the hotel was pretty but I wouldn't stay again because of the issue with the bugs. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

The room was supposed to be on the first floor but the room was on the 4th floor. Also the toilet was clogged and when we talked to the front desk they handed us a plunger.

Was asked to leave because they are not pet friendly n something about staying under false pretense. Offered to show my service animal training paperwork but was advised that SC honors the animal current status only, therefore we could not stay n our reservation was nonrefundable so we didn’t receive a refund.

beautiful lobby but the room had a strong odor and there were also roaches and eggs in the room bathroom and on the beds during our sleep. Something bit my sons leg he slept on the couch the rest of the stay.

The property itself is perfect. Clean and in a prime location with a movie theater literally a stones throw away. The issue lies in the day staff. The night staff is nice and accommodating. The day staff checked the room and came back with a towel and a $10 fee for an “unremovable” spot. It was from beauty products that I use everywhere and have never had an issue before. It comes right out. And when she was addressed by my husband, she was rude and refused to acknowledge him. The day staff (specifically Ariya) can use some hospitality training.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I walked into the lobby, the entire place had a strong, musky odor that hit me immediately. The front desk staff didn’t make things any better—unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. When I got to my room, things went from bad to worse. One of the curtains had a visible blood stain on it, and the other curtain was completely torn. To top it off, I found roaches in the room. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable staying at all. I contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel directly. The hotel acknowledged all of the issues but still refused to offer any compensation. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. This hotel needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and customer service improvements. I would not recommend staying here until major changes are made.

Blood stains which hotel told Expedia that it was bbq sauce. Would love to know how that was determined? Did they taste it? Send it off to a lab?

Room was very clean and comfortable!! Was there for the 4th annual Bonfire and the room was right on time! I will most definitely be visiting again. The only issue with me was the breakfast, I wanted grits, cheese and granola with my yogurt and unfortunately that wasn't part of their menu....Other than that, everything was AWESOME!!

We had traveled 14 hours from Oklahoma and was exhausted. It was past 10 pm. After taking a lunk warm shower I complained to husband that the water wasgo to the highway.No hot water in shower, Commode continued to run after using. On site response to complaint was unconcerned. He said we had to keep water running for a long time. We did and water remained link warm. Handicapped parking spaces were to narrow. We had to use other parking to allow us to open doors. Rooms were clean. Morning manager in food area and checkout was nice and professional. We will not stay in this hotel again
